What do you say to a dying man
Words seem to disappear
A life before you at the languished end
Expiration seems so near
Consuming impulse swarms across the cells
Burning from the inside out
This march to death cannot be stopped
No hope of any redoubt
Pill grim and skeleton bare
Fallout blows the plague is spread
Bodies farther than the eyes can see
Knee deep in the dead
No way to stop the onslaught
No comfort in this massacre
Biological tragedy
Knee deep in the fucking dead
Chemo-scarred, fragile and weak
Fluids pouring out by the score
Devastated, the outlook is bleak
A shattered species covered in sores
Where is the savior, when comes relief?
Unebbing tide of human lives
Medication, not nearly enough
To stem the flow of deadly disease

Allez ! PLUS FORT, J'AI DIT ! Jordan Vauvert

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal
